U.S Shipping Only

Shipping will be calculated once you entered your shipping information. Shipping cost is based on weight and shipping location.

Standard shipping time is 3-8 business days from the time your order is confirmed and leaves our store. Please note shipping time can be longer during the holiday season.

Delivery times do not include our 48-hour processing time or weekend delivery. Delivery times do not include Saturday, Sundays or major holidays.

Express Shipping is 1-2 days. From our experience Express Shipping is not always guaranteed 1-2 days this is due to the postal services, so please be aware by choosing Express Shipping your order may not arrive within 1-2 days. Please allow 12-24 hrs for your order to be process for Express Shipping.

We are not responsible for orders that have been lost in the mail or stolen. If the tracking number says delivered, we have no choice but to trust the postal services. However, we will look into the matter for you to make sure the order was delivered to your address. 

If you have incorrectly entered your shipping address, please contact us immediately and before shipping if possible to correct the issue. If your order has already been shipped and is undeliverable based on the address you entered and returned to our facilities, you will be responsible for the re-shipment fees/costs.

Billing addresses are important. If you enter a billing address that does not match the card, we will call you to get the correct billing information. If you do not respond to our calls and emails, your order will be cancelled due to suspect of fraud.

For our local community for supporting your local business we offer 72 hour or less on delivery for orders being shipped to Abilene, TX only. Free Shipping on all orders $100 or more. Customers are expected to received their orders within 72 hours or less, delivery days are Monday-Saturday. We do not deliver orders on Sundays, major holidays, and depending on weather conditions orders place on these days will process the next business day.
